Meet Our Team

JASON DICK CEO/DIRECTOR with over 20 years experience and a proven track record in building skilled teams, Jason prides himself on the capability to be able to facilitate maintenance services across Australia. Jason’s attention to detail is second to none, he strives to meet and exceed customers expectations.

MELINDA DICK (LOU) is an integral part of our office administration team. She has worked within the business for over 20 years and brings invaluable knowledge of long standing clients. She supports staff and plays a key role in our business success and holding our team together.

DREW SHEPHERD is our Projects Manager. With over 10 years security and electrical experience and extensive knowledge of complicated and arduous cabling. Drews enthusiastic customer communication and service is just one of many qualities as to why he is a valued member of the WJD Team.

NICK WILLIAMS is our Installation Supervisor. Nick has an extensive knowledge of the installation and maintenance of electronic security equipment. with over 8 years experience in the industry, he knows the importance of communication with the clients and attention to detail on all sites.

JAMES MCCORMICK is our Service Supervisor. He has been with the WJD company for over 4 years. His positive attitude and great communication skills with our clients makes him an integral part of our installation team.

JOY EASON is the Office and Accounts Manager for WJD Services. Joy has 40 plus years of administrative experience both in front office Executive Assistant roles and back office administration; AV; accounting; warehouse management and human resources. Joy has exceptional customer service skills and successfully communicates at all levels.

BROOKE ENDRES has been with the WJD Team for over 5 years. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the company and is an office all-rounder. Her positive attitude and great communication with our customers make her an important member of our team.

DWAYNNE TAYLORS responsibly is to overview all technical aspects of our Payco operations.

JESS WORME Jess is a key new member of our WJD Services office team. Prior to WJD Jess has been working in PR and events management. She is a quiet achiever, strategic communicator with an unparalleled attention to detail. Jess will be invaluable in the role of PA to our director and supervisor while providing support to all our customers.

CONNOR KELLY Connor is one of the newest members to our installation team and brings with him an eagerness to learn. Connor provides support to our supervisors and is responsible for cabling and fitting off electronic equipment. He has a keen eye for detail, making him a valued member of the WJD Services team.

CARLO DEFINA Carlo has an extensive knowledge of data and communications with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Carlo’s responsibilities include overseeing and managing major projects and his deep understanding of construction and technology making him an invaluable member of the WJD Services team.
